    Landlord Utility Agreements

    If you own property and are renting out units the utility agreements with Comed and Peoples Gas are helpful.  It prevents service interuptions if there is a gap between tenants moving in and out and shutting off their accounts.  If there is gap, the service will revert to the landlord's account.  The links are below to set up this agreement.
